We're looking for an experienced, hands -on restaurant manager to lead our team, elevate guest experience, and drive the smooth day to day running of our busy, high quality restaurant.
About the Role.
As Restaurant manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of the venue. You will oversee service, staff, standards and systems, ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in creating a warm, professional atmosphere.
You will need to be able to manage staff rotas, staff training, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure good communication and service flow, monitor stock levels and comply with food hygiene and health and safety.

About the Role
As Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen. You’ll prepare high‑quality dishes, maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and organisation, and work closely with the Head Chef/Owner to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times
• Assist with menu development, specials, and seasonal ideas
• Manage prep efficiently to ensure smooth service
• Monitor stock levels and support with ordering and deliveries
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
• Follow all food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and supportive kitchen culture
About You
• Experience working in a professional kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or similar)
• Strong cooking skills and a passion for great food
• Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
• A team player with good communication skills
• Knowledge of food hygiene standards and best practices
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
