HOW IT WORKS

A curated selection of dishes, designed to showcase Mediterranean warmth and variety. It’s a shared experience—like a Mediterranean table gathering—where dishes arrive in waves and everyone gets to taste a bit of everything. What's included:

Marinated Mediterranean Olives

A mix of pintxos, toast, tomato, mozzarella, prosciutto    VE/GF

Bruschetta

vine tomatoes, garlic, olive oil on toast   VE

Queso

Manchego cheese with plum chutney and walnuts

Caprese Salad

vine tomato, mozzarella, verde brava sauce and balsamic   V/GF

Ajo Queso

garlic & mozzarella coca   V

Patatas Bravas

crispy fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and aioli   VE/GF

Botifarra

peppered seasoned pork sausages in a Provençal tomato sauce    GF

Pollastre Rostit

roasted chicken thighs, chorizo, garlic, thyme, chicken stock   GF

Calamari

fried squid in our blend of Gluten Free spiced flours   GF

Spiced Cauliflower

baked with onions, chilli, raisins and walnut  VE/GF
